How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Liquidation General offers free shipping in most cases. Free shipping is ONLY available for shipments in the continental U.S.
If you live outside of the continental U.S. you will need to contact us for a shipping quote.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  All products are sold "As Is" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds, exchanges or credits.

 Liquidation General does their very best to describe the different products with as much information as possible. If there are any questions about any of the products we sell please contact us before you purchase one of our lots.

 If there is a problem with an order please contact us at [email protected] within 2 business days of you receiving your order and we will do our best to make you satisfied.

All orders have a 3% variance. If it is above this 3% variance please contact us.
What is your return policy?

All orders have a 3% variance.  This means that the product we purchase is all overstock, shelf-pulls or new product but a damaged item, item with a security tag, or a miss count slipped through the sorting process. If it is higher than a 3% variance rate please contact us and we will take care of the problem immediately.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
